Job Description

Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support to local colleagues assisting with hardware software connectivity and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist in the setup configuration and maintenance of IT equipment including desktops laptops and network devices.
- Ensure technical issues and service requests are promptly logged and tracked until resolution under supervision.
- Support the team in installing and upgrading operating systems and core applications (e.g. Microsoft Windows MS Office Suite).
- Assist in the administration of user accounts access rights and security credentials in accordance with Autoliv guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure IT services with guidance from mentors.
- Help maintain IT documentation inventory records and process instructions.
Your profile:
- Currently studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Keen interest in IT systems hardware and new technologies.
- Previous internship part-time IT experience or relevant academic project work is advantageous but not required.
- Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g. TCP/IP Wi-Fi VPN) and operating system environments.
- Good problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced supportive setting.
- Reliable detail-oriented and committed to upholding high IT service standards.
- Fluent in English.
