Job Description
Location: Monterrey Nuevo Le n On-site
Company: Global manufacturer of high-performance machinery and automation systems recognized for innovation quality and market leadership.
Your mission:
-
Analyze customer needs and define optimal technical solutions for production lines;

Select the right machine configurations and tailor solutions to each project;
-
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customized machinery systems;
-
Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities presentations and negotiations;
-
Provide ongoing technical support to clients and suppliers during the implementation phase;
-
Act as the link between engineering sales and international suppliers.
What we re looking for:
-
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Mechatronics Automation Engineering or similar;
-
Prior experience as an Application Engineer in OEMs or system integrators;
-
Strong knowledge of machinery integrated systems and industrial automation;
-
Advanced or fluent English (daily interaction with global teams and suppliers);
-
Ability to read technical drawings and create dimensioning proposals;
-
Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
-
Experience with CAD tools and sizing/dimensioning software;
-
Previous exposure to multinational projects or global clients;
-
Familiarity with PLCs sensors HMIs industrial robots and/or industrial control systems.
