Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Product Data & Content Management
Maintain and update product details in Shopify and internal documentation
Manage product descriptions pricing seasonal metadata and categorization
Ensure consistent and accurate data across Shopify and inventory management systems
Sample & Imagery Coordination
Track photoshoot samples and assist with coordinating imagery for the e-commerce site
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure timely and accurate product visuals
Communicate with the warehouse to maintain accurate data on product dimensions barcodes and weights
Cross-Functional Coordination
Provide product information to PR marketing and email campaign teams
Maintain product master spreadsheets for internal reporting
Generate and deliver weekly product status reports (e.g. stock levels live status sell-through rates)
Requirements
Expert-level experience with Shopify (2 3 years minimum)
Strong copywriting skills (Must Have)
SEO knowledge (Good to have)
Experience with e-commerce platforms product data management and digital asset coordination
Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Experience in a retail or e-commerce brand is a plus
