Engineering Manager - Limburg Netherlands

What will you do as an Engineering Manager
In this role you will provide functional leadership in engineering support technical assurance and improvement for the Nitrogen plants ensuring safe reliable and profitable unit performance. You will guarantee the long-term asset integrity and reliability of the plants through excellence in all engineering disciplines supported by foundational asset master data and IT systems. You will be accountable for organizing asset and integrity engineering studies and scoping. Additionally you will serve as the skill pool lead for the hard engineering skill pool within the plants.
Requirements:
You have completed Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in (petro)chemical industry in relevant functional leadership roles (minimum 10 years)
Strong background in asset integrity and process engineering
In-depth knowledge of processes related to ammonia urea melamine nitric acid
You feel responsible for the work you do and dare to take responsibility
Safety is of paramount importance to you
You can handle stressful situations well
