Job Description
Nous sommes la recherche dun(e) Technicien(ne) ITSM pour rejoindre l quipe de notre client . Mandat de 18 mois 40h semaine. Poste hybride 3 jours par semaine au bureau Montr al. Taux estim par notre cabinet de recrutement : environ 70 $. CV fournir en anglais. Notre client recherche une personne avec de tr s bonnes connaissances ou exp rience au niveau ITIL afin dassurer une certaine gouvernance.
Profil
- Minimum 5 years
- Strong knowlegde of ITIL processes and frameworks
- Significant experience with processes like incident change problem and release management.
- Experience in gathering data and generating reports/graphswith Power BI
- Experience working with Service Now (Will have to extract SN data to Power BI)
- Need someone with strong communication skills
- Experience with major/incident management change management service requests problems/risk management.
Atouts :
- Connaissances au niveau scripting et automatisation
- Exp rience avec les outils classique APS (UNIX/Linux Shell SQL etc)
Bilinguisme : Fran ais 0/5 et anglais 5/5 - fran ais un atout
Bilinguisme : Anglais 5/5 - bilinguisme un atout
