Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in government procurement (Commonwealth) specifically the preparation and review of procurement documents including: approval documents requests for quote evaluation reports work orders and purchase orders
- Proven experience leading and managing procurement processes (e.g. ICT assets systems integration providers services consulting)
- Experienced in developing and managing supplier contracts and resolves problems using vendor and procurement management expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of government procurement legislation and organisational procurement policies to conduct ICT vendor management
- Ability to prepare procurement documentation undertake sourcing strategies and support evaluation and client contract negotiation
- Analysing cloud spending identifying cost savings opportunities and implementing cost optimisation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Understands the commercial IT environment
- Must hold and maintain a minimum NV1 clearance
- Must satisfy a Nuclear Mindset Suitability Assessment (NMSA)
