Position: Sales Representative Fitness & Wellness Technology
Location: Lehi Utah (In-Office)
Compensation: $20/hr base uncapped commissions OTE starts at $80K with potential to exceed $100K as you grow

What You ll Do
Engage warm leads only (no cold calling!) and close deals in a high-volume high-energy environment.
Conduct consultative wellness conversations based on each customer s DNA and biometric data.
Build rapport quickly and guide customers toward transformative health decisions.
Educate prospects on the science behind AlterMe s program and wearable tech.
Follow up via phone email and text staying organized fast and persistent.
Overcome objections and hit performance goals in a performance-based culture.

Requirements
1 year of sales experience preferred (fitness wellness SaaS or high-volume inbound a plus)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communications
Full-time in-office role in Lehi UT
