Job Description
Requirements
Manage and maintain accurate donor records in the fundraising database.
Process donations including online gifts checks and other forms of payment.
Prepare and send timely and personalized donor acknowledgment and receipts.
Assist with the planning and execution of donor engagement activities and events.
Generate reports on donor activity giving trends and campaign progress.
Collaborate with the development team to support fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
Respond to donor inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with donor privacy policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of donor recognition programs.
Answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information and assistance to callers. Resolving customer inquiries and issues on time. Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records. Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary. Following company policies and procedures. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery. Adhering to client-specific guidelines and protocols. Meeting performance metrics and targets set by the company.
