As a Donor Support Agent during our PBS pledge drive you will be the friendly knowledgeable voice connecting with viewers who want to support public media. You will assist donors by processing donations answering questions about the pledge drive and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive giving experience.
Requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage viewers during the PBS pledge drive
- Process donations accurately and efficiently using CRM or pledge drive software
- Provide information about programming membership benefits and fundraising goals
- Respond to donor inquiries promptly via phone email or other channels
- Maintain detailed records of donor interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet pledge drive goals
- Follow up with potential donors and renewals as needed
- Uphold the mission and values of the PBS station in all interactions
Answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information and assistance to callers. Resolving customer inquiries and issues on time. Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records. Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary. Following company policies and procedures.
