- Communicates the open capacity to the internal team.
- Schedules installer workload to meet a monthly revenue goal using the given availability of our team.
- Ensuring installer schedules are filled without lack of work.
- Communicate via phone email and text with customers regarding dates of their installation.
- Develops and maintains strong internal and external client relationships.
- Troubleshoots project order/installation timeline issues in a timely manner.
- Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams or councils providing recommendations and modifications to operating policies and procedures assist with training and implementation to attain greater profitability and efficiency in work.
- Potentially communicate logistics shipping & receiving materials ordered re-ordering per job to customers
- As required - Oversees job tracking and forecasting activities locally.
- Ensure install readiness and job closeouts.
- Schedules of work for return visits as business needs require.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma and/or GED some college education preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to learn new technology such as CRM and Inventory Management software
- Reliable - attendance is important!
