Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication strategies. This role will be responsible for ensuring all messaging is aligned with our brand voice enhancing company visibility and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and distribute internal newsletters press releases and company announcements
Coordinate communication plans for events campaigns and projects
Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging
Maintain internal documentation and communication guidelines
Assist with preparing presentations reports and written correspondence
Support crisis communication efforts and company updates
Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements for communication strategies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic content creation tools
