Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Blue Ash OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers providing timely and accurate support for product inquiries service requests and order-related issues. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a genuine desire to assist clients in resolving their concerns efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person
Resolve issues related to orders product usage billing and technical troubleshooting
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to offer knowledgeable support
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continuous service improvement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
1 years of experience in a customer support or client service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
Proficiency with office software and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
