Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for effective communication organization and message clarity. The Communications Coordinator will support internal and external communications efforts ensuring all messaging aligns with our brand and company goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies
Draft and edit press releases newsletters reports and corporate documents
Coordinate with departments to gather information for communication initiatives
Maintain and update content calendars and distribution lists
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to support messaging strategies
Support the planning and implementation of events and campaigns
Ensure consistency in tone voice and branding across all materials
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems
