We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Columbus OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting client relationships ensuring satisfaction and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal departments. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage and track client requests feedback and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Assist in preparing reports presentations and client-facing materials
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions
Support account management and business development activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field
12 years of experience in client service account management or a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and handle client issues with professionalism
Detail-oriented and proactive with a customer-first mindset
