Our Project Coordinator will primarily focus on:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office including answering phones scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients exhibiting polite and professional communication.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for senior staff including booking flights hotels and transportation.
- Assist with project coordination including setting meetings preparing materials for client meetings taking meeting notes tracking key deadlines and maintaining project-related documentation in support of our consulting teams.
- Supporting the Sales team with updating proposals coordinating client signatures and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with key operational tasks including the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and supporting the Accounting Department with monthly invoicing.
- Support team efficiency by contributing to the management and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
- Liaise with corporate support teams including HR IT Marketing and Accounting to ensure seamless business operations.
Qualifications :
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets)
- Exceptional organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated professionalism meticulous attention to detail and adaptability
