Job Description
- Develop sourcing strategies by analyzing the supply base market conditions identify strategic and risky suppliers analyze capabilities and technology roadmaps.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance through key performance metrics.
- Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers on NDAs General Terms & Conditions and Production Supply Agreements.
- Perform detailed analysis of quote submissions based on cost breakdown form data.
- PO/Invoice execution assist on the purchasing requirement from KRS/HRY etc.
- In-depth communication on project execution prioritizing project schedules and requirements.
- Work closely alongside manufacturing and process engineering to understand and support their requirements.
- Participate in project work e.g. improvement/development projects
- Review Engineering costs with Engineering leads to ensure best-in-class cost is attained.
- Support Supplier Quality plant audits and technical reviews.
- Develop should-cost models for various materials maintenance and spare parts.
Qualifications :
- . or bachelors degree in engineering discipline e.g. Mech or Electronics
- Technical knowledge of batteries electrochemistry and battery materials is an advantage.
- 5 years of experience from supply chain solutions and procurement of manufacturing equipment e.g. material handling crushing & milling high temp equipment conveyors etc.
- Experience from working in projects experience with cross-cultural working environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop partnerships in combination with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- High level of integrity.
- Ability to understand Engineering and Manufacturing direction and provide focused supply-chain solutions accordingly.
- Desire to own your own role and actively contribute to the cross-functional team.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to details and deadlines.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Action-oriented and solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical skills to ensure both internal and external requests are fulfilled.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English
