- Manage and organize the Picking and invoicing to be made of customers/client in right quantity and specification
- Being thoroughly informed with orders stock availability lead a hands-on and timely efficient punching along with smooth customer service
- Smooth alignment and relationship with Operations Store management HO Buyers and Field Sales
- To ensure timely price changes and order execution till the end control.
- To update the KPIs on daily basis
- To handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding stocks and punching
- To acquire customer feedback on periodical basis.
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and to propose solutions.
- Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team thus playing a role in the enhancement of the skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.
- Monitor performance of all team members in order to identify the difference between expected level of productivity and actual productivity.
- Communication with DM;s FMs MSF to provide them information of customers and suppliers and to solve specific issues and to provide the feedback if any etc.
- Meeting with Customer Manager on weekly bases to exchange information about customers and define actions to satisfy their needs.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience
