Job Description

Key Responsabilities

To define and implement sales strategies of how to operate the Distributors and Modern Trade chains (price volume best distribution routines of the Sales Team evaluation)

To develop the annual business plan with details such as investments incentives and review of the distributions model

To analyze and follow up on the market information Nielsen or other market research companies

To develop trade marketing activities and incentives with the interaction of other company departments as well as to create new pos materials merchandising products

To develop and provide training courses focused on sales techniques and execution for the Sales Team

To prepare and follow up on action plans by taking into account the volume results distribution exhibition at point of sale and pricing

Out of the box thinking on how to generate Category value and execute sales drivers instore.


Qualifications :

University Degree

Masters degree especially an MBA is preferred

English - advanced

8-10 years of proven experience in sales managing Modern Trade and Traditional channels 

Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing / Consumer Marketing (not mandatory).

Account Development skills: Demonstrate a thorough 360 degree understanding of the whole account management cycle across all relevant customer functions.

Commercial acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes financial systems and best practice. Strategic and innovative commercial awareness

Strategic ability: Can develop specific valuable innovative and commercially focused strategies but also grasp the bigger picture

People management and leadership: Ability to delegate effectively guide and motivate but also to digest and action advice from others. Will have indirect leadership for all global account managers which require situational leadership not positional leadership.
