Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources for a growing engineering company with operations in Lebanon and West Africa. The role includes organizational development recruitment performance management and HR compliance across multicultural teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead recruitment campaigns for Lebanon and Africa-based roles.
- Oversee performance evaluations KPIs and staff development plans.
- Manage payroll compensation and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor law and African project labor rules.
- Build company culture and support leadership with workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports and advise senior management.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven experience with HR functions in multi-country organizations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law recruitment and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
