Altum Health is a clinical program of UHN Canadas premier academic research hospital with over 300 employees across several sites (Toronto Cambridge Barrie Hamilton Oakville Ajax Mississauga Vaughan Brampton Oshawa and Scarborough). We offer a full continuum of prevention rehabilitation and health care services to third party payors and individuals including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) employers and insurers.

Position Summary
As a member of the Non OHIP Patient Program the PATIENT AMBASSADOR performs multiple and individual service support activities in adherence to established policies procedures guidelines schedules and formats. The Patient Ambassador is responsible for the patient flow through a program for self-pay and/or third party payers
