We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused leader to join our team as Manager Qantas Business Rewards (QBR) Customer Engagement. In this role youll lead the Customer Engagement team delivering targeted customer engagement strategies that drive incremental revenue and protect market share. Youll manage the pipeline of customer opportunities identify areas of need and equip the team with tools to connect customers with the right products.
Using customer feedback and market insights youll influence product optimisation and provide strategic input to the SME Sales team. Youll also lead the design and delivery of QBR airline offers working closely with Revenue Management and Airline Marketing to create mutually valuable initiatives.
