While being technical & experienced in building consumer grade experiences is highly admired this role also comes with the need to successfully navigate cross-functional business stakeholders end users designers architects & engineers to execute change in a product mindset.

  • Facilitate requirements gatheringand process mapping gap analysis (as isfunctionality versus to befunctionality)
  • Participate in end-to-end activitiesrelated to implementation planningincluding project management issuemanagement communication andchangemanagement
  • Help personalize and humanize thecustomer experience while at thesame time accomplishing futurebusinessscalability
  • Document the customer journeyand identify ways to improve existingcustomer pain points based onprocess optimization technologychange management or communication
  • Help uncomplicate the workenvironment of tomorrow byforecasting scalable solutions andwhen they need to be ready to bedelivered to positivelyinfluence the customerjourney.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including development UX design quality assurance and operations to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Work based on Agile digitalexecution and communicate acrossmultiple cross teams to ensuresuccessful projectdelivery
  • Translate your recommendations to seniorleadership to gain agreement affectchange and influence long termdigitalstrategies
  • Help create customersolutions to affectorganizational transformational in theface of a digital-first newlandscape
  • Customer Feedback and Iteration:
    • Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
    • Iterate on product features and enhancements to address stakeholders needs and pain points.
  • Participate in User Acceptancetesting and recommendimprovements.
  • Build proofs-of-concept (POC)forpotential new solutionsandtechnologies by working with product management and engineering teams.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 5 years of experience as a BusinessAnalyst with verifiableexperience working directly withcustomers to improve theirexperiences
  • 2 years of Ariba Admin experience
  • Passion for technology and new ideasto improve the way people work usingour products and the possibilities thatcome from building excellentcustomerexperiences
  • Assesses complex issues from multiple angles in order to get the complete picture evaluates the potential consequences and implications of different options identifies the underlying issues and root causes of problems and incorporates new information and concepts when solving problems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated hypothesis-driven experiment-tested decisions; ability to tackle problems proactively and autonomously
  • Experience business processoptimization and scalability with CXplatforms /solutions
  • Ability to tell our digital transformationstory to our top customers world-wide
  • Ability to determine thebest investments for thefuture
  • Experience analyzing businesssituations and working within a groupenvironment to provide efficient softwaresolutions
  • Experienced in preparing as-is processdocumentation to-be processdocumentation and performingdetailed gapanalysis
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs along with building customer relationships and delivering high value solutions. 
  • Experience completing multiplecomplex technical projects
  • Enjoyment working in acollaborativeenvironment
