Job Description
- Manage Talent development and drive the passion for training our people.
- Employee Engagement through rewards recognition well-being and activities.
- Create a stable working environment following the guidelines outlined in the Fair Work Australia Act National Employment Standards and relevant Award or Agreement.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a T&C/HR capacity within the Hospitality environment.
- Hands on experience across end-to-end T&C/HR cycle including recruitment WHS performance management and learning and development.
- Thorough understanding of Australian employment legislation including the Modern Award.
