Sr. Communications Specialist

Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Public Relations and Corporate Communications Specialist to support our clients Brand Reputation team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This hybrid opportunity is ideal for senior-level PR professionals with deep writing media relations and stakeholder management experience. 2. Media Relations 10 years of experience in media relations including handling brand reputation topics and engaging with press and media partners.
3. Public Speaking & Executive Communication 10 years of experience presenting to and communicating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Opportunity Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global technology organizations Brand Reputation team and play a key role in shaping how the company communicates internally and externally on high-visibility topics. The role requires a critical thinker who can spot gaps in communication efforts and work cross-functionally to align messaging and strategy. Youll collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and provide high-quality communications support to drive our clients corporate narrative forward.

How you will make an impact:

• Support key corporate communication initiatives and high-profile brand reputation projects.
• Serve as a liaison across multiple teams to ensure alignment on messaging and communication efforts.
• Develop write and edit communication materials for internal and external use including executive communication media messaging and corporate narrative content.
• Identify gaps in existing communication plans and recommend proactive solutions.
• Support media relations activities including responding to press inquiries and developing media materials.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
• Provide guidance on new and emerging communication scenarios to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.

The expertise you bring:

• 10 years of experience in public relations corporate communications or a related field.
• Exceptional writing skills with proven experience writing for executive audiences.
• Strong media relations background with the ability to support brand reputation activities.
• Public speaking and executive communication skills; comfortable presenting to leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to proactively identify communication gaps and develop solutions.
• Stakeholder management skills to build relationships across internal teams.
• Corporate communication experience is a major plus.
• Writing samples and portfolios are optional but encouraged.
