- In charge of end to end recruitment handle the entire process including needs
analysis channel development resume screening sourcing interviewing offer
management and onboarding follow-up etc - Developing localized recruitment strategies for different regions (e.g. North
America Asia Pacific)
- Building and optimizing the global recruitment operation system
- Analyzing recruitment data and providing optimization solutions
- Participating in global HR projects (e.g. employer branding campus
recruitment organizational restructuring etc) - Collaborating with business departments to understand needs and provide
solutions
- 3 years of mid-to-high-end recruitment experience familiar with the
internet/technology industry talent market - Proficient in English (oral and written) knowledge of labor laws and cultural
differences in multiple regions is a plus - Strong cross-departmental collaboration communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated results-oriented able to handle work pressure and complete goals
efficiently - Passionate about human resources and stays updated on industry trends and
innovations - Global perspective adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
Onsite working from Monday to Friday in Beijing China office
