About the Role
Packsize a global leader in right-sized packaging solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tradeshow Manager to lead the planning coordination and execution of our tradeshow and event marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset to enhance Packsizes brand presence and drive lead generation through impactful tradeshows and events.
What Youll Do
Tradeshow and Event Planning
- Develop and manage the annual tradeshow calendar aligning with marketing and business objectives.
- Research evaluate and recommend tradeshows and events that align with Packsizes target markets and strategic goals.
- Create detailed event plans including budgets timelines logistics and deliverables.
Event Execution and Management
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of tradeshows including booth design setup staffing and tear-down.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate shipping and handling of tradeshow materials equipment and promotional items.
Marketing and Brand Alignment
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging branding and design elements across all event touchpoints.
- Develop pre-show on-site and post-show marketing strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Utilize innovative approaches to create memorable attendee experiences at events.
Budget Management and ROI Analysis
- Manage event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Track and analyze event metrics including lead generation attendee engagement and ROI and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers industry partners and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event goals with broader business initiatives.
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in event or tradeshow management preferably in B2B or industrial markets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management tools and software (e.g. Cvent Eventbrite) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to travel domestically as required.
Salary Benefit
The salary range for this role is 75000 USD - 85000 USD; however Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer including but not limited to the role being offered the associated responsibilities the candidates prior work experience education/training and any special skills.
