Functional Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Integration Analyst you are responsible for providing senor staff recommendations on the program doctrine aligned with the Concept of Operations Force Structure and Strategic mission accomplishment in support of the Joint Force Maritime Component Commander. Perform manning analysis and provide recommendations about required personnel and manning requirements. Recommend effective organizational structures and unit and staff manning to support a cost-effective capable and ready force. These efforts are in support of the E-130J aircraft that delivers nuclear command control and communications (NC3) capability for the U.S. Navys Take Charge And Move Out (TACAMO) mission. Required Experience:
Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Education Requirements:
MA/MS degree from an accredited college.
Or
Bachelors Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.
