Were looking for a Product Manager to join the Guest Experience tribe at Mews focused on Guest Profiles & is a critical part of the Mews platform that helps hotels understand who their guests are personalise service at scale and build long-term loyalty. Youll work on the tools that power guest recognition lifetime value insights loyalty integrations and AI-powered personalisation features.

Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Own the Guest Profile & Loyalty domain at Mewsfrom vision to delivery to adoption.
- Build features that help hotels deliver more personalised guest experiences including guest recognition loyalty integrations and AI-powered insights.
- Partner with engineering design analytics and marketing to bring your roadmap to life.
- Drive continuous discovery and translate customer and business needs into clear actionable priorities.
- Track adoption collect feedback and iterate based on performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and customer enablement.
- Represent the voice of the customer across the product strategy for the Guest Experience platform.
- Work closely with our Strategic Accounts and Distribution teams to support global hotel chains and enterprise-level initiatives.
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 4 years of experience in product management at a SaaS or tech company
- A passion for user experience and personalisationespecially where data and empathy intersect
- Experience with data-rich products loyalty programs or customer data platforms (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with agile teams where product design and engineering are partners
- Comfort with modern product management tools (e.g. Jira Figma Miro)
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Bonus: experience in hospitality or hospitality technology
