Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for an ICT Project Manager to join our team on permanent basis in Canberra. Play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australias future.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Design and implementation of digital integration within an ICT Environment.
- Develop technical and business solutions and ensure alignment with the Defence Capability Model.
- Oversee technical documentation including integration designs and sustainment strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to drive digital transformation.
- Provide risk management guidance and support design development.
What Youll Bring
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent experience.
- A few years of relevant project management experience preferably in an ICT team within a Federal Government environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to deliver strategic solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite products including Visio Project and Excel
- You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally within the Defence or professional services industries.
