Your Role:
As a Media Buyer at Santa Browser you will launch optimize and scale paid user acquisition campaigns to drive app installs while ensuring efficient cost-per-install (CPI) and strong user retention. You will play a critical role in shaping our digital growth strategy leveraging data-driven decision-making and high-performing ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan create and scale paid ad campaigns across Google Ads Meta YouTube TikTok and other digital platforms.
- Optimize CPI CPA and ROAS to ensure maximum efficiency in user acquisition.
- Analyze and monitor ad performance daily making data-driven adjustments to improve conversion rates.
- A/B test ad creatives messaging landing pages and audience segments to drive higher engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- To track and optimize user acquisition use mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer Adjust and alike.
- Identify and explore new ad platforms programmatic opportunities and alternative traffic sources to scale app growth.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends platform updates and best practices in performance marketing.
What We re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully managing CPI-optimized campaigns at scale.
- Expertise in at least one of the following platforms: Google Ads Meta Ads YouTube TikTok Ads and mobile app install campaigns.
- Strong experience with MMPs and a deep understanding of attribution models.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Bonus: Experience in Web3 or crypto-related projects.
- Bonus: Knowledge of programmatic advertising DSPs and affiliate marketing.
