Your Role:
As the Head of Ad Monetization & Strategic Partnerships at Santa Browser you will be responsible for developing and scaling strategic ad partnerships ensuring maximum monetization efficiency. You will negotiate deals onboard new partners and optimize ad performance playing a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Santa Browser.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify negotiate and onboard new ad partners including CPI/CPA direct advertisers/publishers affiliate managers and ad networks.
- Develop and manage supply and demand partnerships ensuring a steady flow of high-quality ad inventory and demand sources.
- Optimize ad placements performance and revenue streams across multiple supply channels.
- Monitor and analyze ad revenue data making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Expand direct relationships with advertisers DSPs and ad exchanges to maximize monetization potential.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure seamless ad integration and troubleshoot any issues.
- Stay ahead of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in ad monetization to maintain a competitive edge.
What We re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in business development ad monetization or digital advertising.
- Strong connections within the performance based advertising ecosystem particularly with CPI/CPA ad networks direct apps and affiliate platforms.
- Proven track record in negotiating closing and managing advertising deals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret revenue reports and optimize accordingly.
- Knowledge of Web3 and blockchain-based advertising models is a bonus.
