Job Description
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.

- Bachelor s degree in Education or related field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education.
- Proven experience working with young children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Knowledge of educational best practices and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students and their families.
- Skills in conflict resolution and managing classroom behavior.
