Lead Aircraft Technician Bombardier Challenger 300/350
Location: Opa-locka FL USA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $120000 $150000 annually
Schedule: Flexible (based on aircraft maintenance needs)
Work Setting: On-site (in person)
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Technician with deep expertise in Bombardier Challenger 300/350 maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership role with minimal supervision ideal for a self-motivated organized and independent A&P-certified professional. The successful candidate will work closely with pilots sales operations and leadership teams and should be capable of guiding future hires.
Perform AOG and Line Maintenance on Challenger 300 and Premier 1A aircraft (Premier 1A preferred not required)
Complete routine and unscheduled maintenance including inspection packages up to 2400-hour intervals
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues following FAA-approved technical data and guidelines
Conduct aircraft walkthroughs and pre-departure service checks
Serve as the Maintenance Controller managing all aspects of ongoing maintenance activities
Communicate effectively with crew members and other teams
Accurately complete all maintenance logs work orders and Return-To-Service documentation
Manage parts ordering tracking and returns
Maintain and care for company tools vehicles and specialized equipment
Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
Valid U.S. Driver s License
Valid U.S. Passport
Extensive experience on Bombardier Challenger 300/350
Able to travel for maintenance operations in various weather conditions
Experience with Apple and Microsoft Office products especially Outlook Word and Excel
Maintenance experience on Beechcraft Premier 1A
Familiarity with Part 135 operations
Ability to work in confined spaces and on elevated platforms (up to 40 ft with fall protection)
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during repairs
Comfortable operating basic hand tools and ground support equipment
Technicians must supply their own basic toolset
Specialty and calibrated tools will be provided
Expected to maintain tools and equipment in clean organized condition and report any issues promptly
