INNIO is forming a new joint venture between Jenbacher a global leader in gas engines power equipment and automation technology and Gfoellner a top-tier manufacturer of custom-made vehicle bodies and containers. Our goal is to synergize our expertise to deliver innovative high-quality and reliable solutions to our customers.
We are currently seeking skilled Welders/Assembly Technicians to join our growing team starting late Summer 2025 at our Trenton NJ facility.
The Welder/Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling modules components and complete systems working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical modules and subassemblies according to technical specifications.
- Integrate various components into complete systems.
- Collaborate with other departments (engineering quality logistics) to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow work instructions blueprints and safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or deviations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Completed technical vocational training preferably in the metal sector or several years of relevant experience.
- Professional experience as a metal worker mechanical engineering technician locksmith or similar is an advantage.
- Welding knowledge in MAG (Metal Active Gas) is required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
