• Arrive to the job site on time in appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by the project manager.
• Follow Kitchen Tune-Ups customer service Trustpoints on every project and job site.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Communicate with the project manager daily about the progress.
• Prepare job site for projects and break down and clean up when complete.
• Perform demo of existing kitchens as jobs require.
• Perform cabinet modifications and installations.
• Perform door panel drawer and hardware installations.
• Perform cabinet storage solution installations.
• Measure cut and install veneer and moldings (ISC OSC toe kick baseboards casings crown etc.).
• Work quickly and efficiently.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Respect customers and their homes.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Excellent in Assembling and installation of cabinets
• Ability of cabinet modification and customization
• Able to drill for hinges
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw band saw power hand saw router planer and powered nail gun
• Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
