Job Description
Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a compact and/or heavy equipment Road Mechanic to join the team at our Jessup MD location. Our Road Mechanics provide mobile service to customers within the branch service area and are supplied cell phones laptops vehicles fuel and other items necessary to successfully performing off location.
Job Overview:
- Troubleshoot repair service inspect and maintain all types of construction landscape heavy aerial industrial agricultural and fleet equipment.
- Road technicians travel to job sites and customer locations to perform duties.
- Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
- Full time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week.

Requirements:
- At least two years experience in comparable markets. (Troubleshooting diagnosing repairing automotive truck construction industrial or agricultural equipment.)
- Must possess strong communication skills interpersonal skills computer skills and strong electrical mechanical abilities.
- Beneficial experience would include DC electrical hydraulic combustion and associated skill sets.
- Ability to work with computers schematics repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.
- Starting pay rate dependent on experience and certifications.
