The Omnichannel Outlet Experience Leaders is the leader for our Best Buy Outlet store and a partner for open-box merchandise strategies across the local market. You will be responsible for end-to-end location outcomes and executions including in-store services where applicable. Youll be responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of your store and the open-box profitability in your immediate area.
In this position youll leverage numerous local partnerships including core retail leaders district/market partners and cross-functional corporate support. The ability to communicate strategize and execute with multiple omnichannel partners is essential for success in this role.
What youll do
Manage the day-to-day store operations including sales merchandise inventory services operations and stores physical assets and facilities.
Drive customer growth while creating an outstanding customer and employee experience
Oversee hiring onboarding coaching performance management and employment decisions.
Local Training/Nurturing around Outlet Strategy and Benefits for Core Retail and Marketplace at large
Basic Qualifications
2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business military or related fields
2 years of sales or customer service experience
1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Ability to lift weights of up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
