Job Description:
- Designs and develops scientific experiments and research projects to support the development of new products and technologies. Documents project plans anticipates and mitigates risks and produces time estimates.
- Conducts data analysis and interpretation to identify trends patterns and insights that inform project decisions and recommendations. Stays current with industry trends and advancements in scientific research to inform project strategy and direction.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Prepares technical reports presentations and publications to communicate research findings and project updates to stakeholders.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of experimental procedures results and conclusions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Leads requirement gathering supervises or conducts literature reviews drafts proposals and evaluates scientific merit.
Education Requirement:
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in scientific area required.

Skills:
- Strong desire to learn and be highly collaborative.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external contacts.
- Must have robustproject management skills and be capable of working with technical staff to drive the projects forward.
- Should have track records on multiple publications and grant proposals.
Experience:
- Five years of postdoctoral experience in informatics design or technology related areas required.
- Five previous peer-reviewed publications required.
- Previous grant proposal writing experience required.
