Job Purpose (Overview)
The Extracurricular Programme Manager develops a high-quality extra-curricular experience for students at the school and in the wider ICS Milan community. Extra-curricular projects include after school activities holiday camps weekend activities outsourcing school spaces and more.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end administration and coordination of extracurricular programme
including onsite facilitation.
- Leverage school for extracurricular activities;
- Enrol teachers from the school into the extracurricular programme and work with them to develop extracurricular activities;
- Enrol and recruit external teachers and coaches to deliver the programme;
- Work with the school teams to promote extracurricular activities and ensure sufficient signups;
- Work with marketing team to create materials publications websites or other forms of media to advertise and grow extracurricular programme;
- Prepare schedules for various co-curricular and extracurricular activities;
- Prepare financial projections and reports for Head of Marketing and Head of Finance;
- Collect feedback on the extra -curricular programme from all stakeholders;
- Follows up on client inquiries and ensures client satisfaction;
- Collaborate with other partners to offer extracurricular activities at the school. Negotiates and monitors contracts with vendors;
- Develop B2B opportunities for ICS Milan to support Admissions;
- Manage risk assessments for extracurricular programmes;
- Along with the school managers ensure appropriate insurance is in place for all programmes;
- Review extracurricular programmes for their suitability and effectiveness.
- Any other duty or responsibility related to managing the extracurricular programme as needed;
- Carry out any additional activity as required to guarantee safeguarding of the students. Assist in any additional assignment as needed to carry out the mission of the school.
Your profile:
- High Proficiency in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential;
- Proven experience in sales;
- Degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field;
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism;
- Experience working in international markets and a global mindset;
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure precision in all tasks;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
