DescriptionWe currently have an opportunity for a Change Manager.Join our Government Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading organisational change initiatives that drive employee adoption minimise disruption and maximise the long-term benefits of strategic transformation projects. Reporting to General Manager Operational Transformation youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Lead the delivery of change management activities using a structured yet flexible approach including the creation and execution of change management plans to support key transformation initiatives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communications tailoring messaging to various audiences and ensuring alignment and support for change across all levels of the organisation.
- Assess change impact and readiness identifying risks potential resistance and mitigation strategies to support smooth adoption and minimise disruption.
- Collaborate with project and HR teams to design and deliver training coaching and communication programs that support employee transition and capability building.
- Develop and track success metrics including establishing a benefits realisation framework to measure and sustain the long-term outcomes of the transformation.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience leading large-scale change using structured methodologies like PROSCI ideally in agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic and adaptable mindset with a proactive and outcome-focused approach.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics and commercial drivers.
- Hands-on change delivery expertise across planning communications training and benefits realisation.
