Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Casual Gaming Attendant to join the PLG team at The Epsom in Mordialloc. Youll be the face of our gaming floor ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to ensure compliance requirements are upheld at all times.
The Epsom open now in Mordialloc will be offering a welcoming ambiance with a touch of vintage charm. Offering premium food and beverage selection including elevated pub classics craft beers and handpicked wines its a destination where everyone feels at homefrom all-day visitors to late-night guests. The Epsom will be the perfect spot for functions celebrations and casual catch-ups alike.

What will my duties include
- Provide customer service to all guests answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
- Monitor gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Ensure the gaming room is always at the highest standard.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes kegs or stock standing for long periods of time and utilising stairs.
What we are looking for:
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Customer service skills.
- Willingness to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
