Job Description
A growing medical supply company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Director of Operations to oversee and optimize daily logistics and internal operations. This is a leadership role that requires a strong ability to manage people think strategically and execute solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth efficient workflow across departments
Evaluate and implement systems and processes to improve performance and productivity
Delegate responsibilities effectively and monitor team output
Collaborate with leadership to set operational goals and priorities
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement practical timely solutions
Track KPIs generate reports and drive continuous improvement
Communicate clearly with team members vendors and senior leadership
Maintain high standards of quality control customer service and compliance
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Ability to prioritize and pivot quickly in a fast-moving workplace
Hands-on and resourceful with a solution-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations or inventory management systems
