Aesthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team and provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to our clients. As an Aesthetician you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of treatments designed to enhance the appearance and well-being of our clientele. Your expertise in skincare beauty techniques and customer service will contribute to creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns preferences and goals.
  
• Provide customized skincare treatments including facials chemical peels microdermabrasion and other advanced skincare procedures.
  
• Perform facial and body hair removal services using various techniques such as waxing threading and sugaring.
  
• Offer expert advice on skincare products routines and maintenance to help clients achieve optimal results.
  
• Administer specialized treatments such as acne treatments anti-aging procedures and skin rejuvenation therapies.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and equipment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
  
• Keep accurate records of client consultations treatments performed and product recommendations.
  
• Stay informed about the latest trends advancements and techniques in skincare and aesthetics through continuous education and training.
  
• Uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics demonstrating respect empathy and confidentiality in all interactions with clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service addressing concerns and fostering trust and loyalty.
  

Requirements:

• Valid state license as an Aesthetician.
  
• Proven experience working as an Aesthetician in a spa salon or skincare clinic.
  
• In-depth knowledge of skincare principles products and treatments.
  
• Proficiency in performing a variety of skincare procedures and techniques.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
  
• CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
