Job Description
Paul Mitchell the School Little Rock is seeking to hire an Aesthetician Instructor to join our team. As a Skin Care Instructor you will inspire and teach skin care to our future professionals. Our Skin Care Instructor earns a competitive wage based on experience. We also offer generous benefits including but not limited to paid time off (PTO).

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN SKIN SPECIALIST LEARNING LEADER / SKIN
At Paul Mitchell you are more than a teacher--you are a dedicated mentor who works hard to prepare your students for the professional world outside the classroom doors. As you help students build a core foundation of knowledge and ultimately master more advanced techniques it is clear that you are the heart of our program.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Arkansas Instructor License
Computer and data entry skills required
Ability to multitask and coach others
Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
Solid work history with verifiable references
Passion for the beauty industry
Honesty and professionalism
Punctual
Knowledge in Paul Mitchell Schools cultural and technical systems is preferred
