Job Description
THE FIXER OF ALL THINGS ANY PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED WITH A LITTLE A PAPERCLIP.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
While embracing the culture and values of Lakeshirts the Maintenance Technician has a key role in and is directly responsible for daily maintenance repairing equipment (specifically our multi-head embroidery machines) and troubleshooting of Lakeshirts and Doghouse equipment.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm
Pay: $20/hr
A Typical Day (job functions) Problem-Solve Facility Support Repairs Upkeep
- Provide courteous and professional service to Lakeshirts employees treating everyone as a customer
- Versatile in handling interruptions and communicating verbally
- Creatively and positively problem-solve and multi-task
- Provide support for facility changes and updates
- Duties may include: repairs to mechanical equipment and systems painting snow removal grounds upkeep basic electrical work
- Maintain work area and report safety concerns
- Contribute to team effort by working together to complete all job assignments
- Work actively with others to get the issue resolved
- Proactively work to find creative solutions to problems or possible issues
- Other duties as assigned
Skills (qualifications) Can-Do Attitude Mad Maintenance Skills The Resourcefulness of MacGyver
- High school diploma some college courses preferred but not required
- Previous maintenance or mechanic experience required
- Ability to work well in a team
- Candidate must possess a current valid drivers license
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable responsible and take direction well
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
