Experience: Minimum of 35 years in EMC engineering preferably in automotive aerospace or industrial electronics.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in EMC simulation tools (e.g. CST ANSYS HFSS) measurement equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes) and EMC testing standards (e.g. MIL-STD-461 DO-160).
Knowledge of Standards: Familiarity with international EMC standards and regulations.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English; Fluent in German
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
