Were looking for talented Junior Finance Consultants to join our Management Consulting department as of September 2025.
Please note that for this position we will hold two Meet & Match daysone in mid-February and the other in early May. When applying keep in mind that you will only receive an acceptance decision after attending one of these Meet & Match days.
Your impact
As a Junior Finance Consultant youll make an impact by:
Advising & supporting our clients in reaching the next level in terms of performance & digitalization of their Finance Function;
Playing an active role to accompany our clients in their Finance Function transformation: process organisation & system aspects;
Advising & supporting our clients in harmonising & optimising their end-to-end Finance processes: accounting (procure-to-pay order-to-cash record-to-report closing & consolidation ) budgeting & forecasting and other finance domains;
Designing redefining or implementing Finance Function target operating models supporting clients strategy & ambitions in terms of growth;
Designing & supporting Finance tools & systems implementation fitting with clients processes & strategy with the opportunity to get training & certification on most important Finance tools & systems.
You will work in close collaboration with PwC colleagues being guided & coached on a daily basis by your PwC project manager in order to support your personal growth & development while making sure we as a PwC team bring the best value to our clients.
Some of the projects you will work on might be in collaboration with your future colleagues in other Consulting departments in Belgium or in Europe.
Beside your project you will get the occasion to be involved in internal consulting activities such as offering development knowledge sharing sessions sales support & various other activities.
About you
Masters degree in (applied) economics business engineering or any other relevant economic major possibly via a second masters degree. Youll graduate this academic year;
Born team player and keen to take initiatives. You have a critical analytical mind but are also client-oriented and an especially good communicator;
Youre keen to keep on learning and developing with a view to continued growth;
Someone who doesnt walk away from complex cases. Youre keen on challenges and see the opportunities within the constraints;
Fluent in English and Dutch/French with a good understanding of the other national language.
