Ready to lead and drive strategic successAs the Director of Sales Strategy for our client youll transform their vision into actionable performance working closely with the leadership team and key customer partners. Based in the greater Philadelphia area this is your chance to be at the forefront of strategic decision-making and execution.
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with key customer partners to align and advance strategic initiatives.
- Drive internal and external understanding of performance across various business segments.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts ensuring the company stays ahead in a fast-paced industry.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations that influence decision-making across all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 5-7 years of strategic sales experience preferably with a consumer-packaged goods organization.
- Proven success in strategic joint business planning sessions with major retail accounts.
- Ability to influence both external and internal customers and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated skillful negotiation capability.
- This is an in-office position when not actively working with strategic partner customers.
