Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Serve food/beverages in accordance with established standards.
Follow the correct sequence of service at all times.
Clear clean reset and maintain assigned station during shift.
Assist other servers as needed.
Handle guest receipts according to internal controls.
Maintain proper uniform attire and name tag.
Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture
of Satisfaction Togetherness Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty Security and
Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to
gaming activity of which you commit witness or become aware; must report pursuant
to company Self-Reporting Policy
Other Job Functions:
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Experience Required: Previous food service experience preferred.
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively
with others; understands and complies with Company and departmental rules and
regulations.
Licenses Certifications Bonding and/or Testing Required: Must be able to
obtain an Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit.
Other Specialized Requirements: None.
