Job Description
Overview
Catholic Eldercare is seeking a Dining Aide for our Assisted Living facilities in NE Minneapolis! 32 hours per 2 week pay period 4:15-7:45pm including every other weekend.
All Dining Aides must be at least 16 years old for our facility.

About our community:
Catholic Eldercare is a community of residential facilities in Northeast Minneapolis offering assisted living independent living skilled nursing memory care transitional care and adult day services.
Responsibilities
- Perform job duties to include; meal preparation serving dish washing putting stock away and clean up following all kitchen guidelines.
- Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of Dining Services Department including kitchen dining rooms and storage areas.
- Understand the residents diets and serving all meals. Assist residents/tenants as needed during the dining hour.
- Observe and report residents intake at mealtime as required while demonstrating sensitivity to residents needs and maintaining a kind and respectful manner.
Qualifications
- Must be able to read write and speak English with advanced proficiency.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet residents needs.
- Ability to work with residents families and coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
- Must lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 35 pounds occasionally. Position also requires squatting stopping kneeling crouching and stretching while performing the role.
